Processing and Application Notes

1. Balancing (Backer) Layer

To ensure panel stability, an equivalent balancing laminate or backer layer must be applied to the reverse side.

2. Press Temperature

Accurate temperature control is essential. Press temperature should not exceed 50°C; lower temperatures are recommended whenever possible.

3. Adhesive Selection and Cleanliness

Recommended adhesives include PVA and fast contact adhesives. Adhesives must be free of dust and particles; if contamination is unavoidable, filtering is required.

4. Press Plates and Protective Sheet
